Shipping policy
This shipping policy shall be governed by and construed under the law of the Netherlands.
SHIPPING METHODS
We offer 2 shipment Methods:
1) Mailbox Delivery: fits in your letterbox (only for pouches and scale)
2) Package Delivery: at home delivery
Shipment Process
Once your order is placed and we received your payment we will dispatch your product within 24 hours. You will receive a confirmation of your payment and a track and trace code of the shipment once it leaves our warehouse.
Mailbox delivery: The shipment company sends you an update on when they will deliver your package. If you chose 'Mailbox Delivery', they deliver it to your letterbox.
Package delivery: The shipment company sends you an update when they will deliver your package. If you ordered a package delivery and you are not at home they will send you an email with the location address of the pick up point to retrieve your package. Pick it up within 5 business days, otherwise it will be shipped back to us.
Please use your correct address and phone number so the shipment company can reach you to deliver your package.
Please note that Natural Psilocybe is a fresh product and needs to be refrigerated upon arrival.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
Legality
We sell products which are 100% Legal in The Netherlands. As we can't overview all the laws per country, it is your own legal responsibility to check the Regulatory Status of our products in your country.
We cannot and will not make any claims about the legal status of any products in any other country. It is impossible for us to keep up with the continually changing laws in every country. We do not guarantee in any way that the information and products on this website are available, applicable or legally permitted outside the Netherlands. You as 'importing party' are responsible to know about the legal status of our products in your country. You have the responsibility to inform yourself about your local laws, import and custom regulations before ordering.
Please note that customs can hold or seize your package and the shipment method does not have any effect on that. If your product is seized by customs, we cannot refund your money. Please check the 'Arrival Success Rate' of your country below.

High Success: 99,9% of packages shipped arrive: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia.
Medium Success: 90% of packages shipped arrive: Ireland
Low success: 80% of packages shipped arrive. Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Spain. We ship our products discreetly to these countries.

Shipping to Other EU Countries
Fresh Sclerotia are considered legal in the Netherlands, and, consequently, they can be shipped to all EU member states in accordance with the Mutual Recognition of Goods Principle established by the European Commission.
