• Suitable for microdosing over a 2-week period using a daily dosing schedule

Take on an empty stomach, ideally in the morning. Always use a Microdosing Scale to weigh your dose. For best absorption, chew the truffles thoroughly before swallowing.

Alternatively, you can blend them into a tea, smoothie, or shake.

Unopened Packaging
• Store the aluminium pouch in the refrigerator immediately upon arrival.
• Refrigerator temperature should be between 2–4°C for optimal preservation.
• The best-before date is typically 6–8 weeks after arrival.
• As the microdosing protocol lasts 14 days, we recommend starting your cycle promptly to ensure maximum freshness and potency.

Opened Vacuum-Sealed Bags
• Open one vacuum-sealed bag per week
• Once opened, consume the contents within 14 days.
• After opening, keep the bag moisture-free, sealed tightly, and protected from UV light in the refrigerator.

Important Notes
• Upon exposure to oxygen, the sclerotia may develop dark green or blue coloration, this is a natural oxidation process and is completely safe to consume.
• Avoid touching the sclerotia too often, wash hands to prevent bacterial growth.
• Do not freeze. Avoid repeated temperature changes.

Fresh sclerotia (magic truffles) are legal in the Netherlands and can be shipped within the EU under the Mutual Recognition of Goods Principle. This means products legal in one EU country may be sold in others.
