Personal Transformation Protocol
• Every-other-day dosing schedule
• 30-day cycle with 15 dosing days
• Followed by a 30-day Integration Cycle (no dosing)
• Set your intention before each dosing day
• Start with 0.3g (or 0.5g if over 85 kg)
• Increase by 0.1g every dosing day to find your preferred dose
• Once plateau (limit) is reached, reduce by 0.1g: this is your preferred dose
• Most people stabilize between 0.8g and 1.3g
• Do not exceed 1.5g per dose

• Start your cycle on a free day.
• Weigh your dose precisely using a scale.
• Best to take on an empty stomach, preferably in the morning.
• You may consume the sclerotia:
◦ Raw – chew slowly and thoroughly for best absorption.
◦ Or mixed into a tea, smoothie, or shake.
• Effects may begin within 30–45 minutes.

Unopened Packaging
• Store the aluminium pouch in the refrigerator immediately upon arrival.
• Refrigerator temperature should be between 2–4°C for optimal preservation.
• The best-before date is typically 6–8 weeks after arrival.
• As the microdosing protocol lasts 30 days, we recommend starting your cycle promptly to ensure maximum freshness and potency.

Opened Vacuum-Sealed Bags
• Open one vacuum-sealed bag per week as directed in your protocol.
• Once opened, consume the contents within 14 days.
• After opening, keep the bag moisture-free, sealed tightly, and protected from UV light in the refrigerator.

Important Notes
• Upon exposure to oxygen, the sclerotia may develop dark green or blue coloration — this is a natural oxidation process and is completely safe to consume.
• Avoid touching the sclerotia too often, wash hands to prevent bacterial growth.
• Do not freeze. Avoid repeated temperature changes.

Do not use this product if:
• You are pregnant or breastfeeding
• You have a diagnosed psychiatric condition such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or borderline personality disorder
• You have a history of heart valve issues, kidney failure, or are on blood-thinning medication
• You suffer from epilepsy or other neurological disorders
• You are hypersensitive to psychedelics or have a family history of psychosis

We offer standard (with Track& Trace) or fast shipping within the EU. Orders are dispatched from the Netherlands using trusted international carriers.

Once your package leaves our warehouse, it is handed over to the local postal service in your country (e.g. Deutsche Post, Royal Mail, etc.). You can continue tracking your order using the same tracking code via your local carrier’s website.

Please note the following:
• Most packages fit through the letterbox. If this is not the case, the delivery will be offered at your door.
• If you are not at home, your package will be delivered to a local pickup point. You will be notified via email.
• It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address and to accept the package when it is offered.
• We do not offer refunds for returned or missed shipments. Due to the fresh nature of our product, we cannot resend, restock, or refund returned packages.
• If your package is lost, we can initiate an investigation 14 days after the shipment date. This investigation may take up to 14 additional days.
