• 30-day protocol: dose for 3 consecutive days, then 1 day off, and repeat
• Followed by a 30-day integration cycle (no microdosing, optional supplements)

How to store
Store in your refrigerator directly.
Keep moisture-free, close the packaging carefully and protected against UV light.Best before: After opening the vacuum sealed bags in the package it is best to consume within 14 days. Unopened you can store it safely, sealed in the vacuum package in your fridge for 6-8 weeks.
Dosing
Consume directly upon arrival. Dose every three days, followed by one rest day, and repeat this cycle for 30 days.
After completing the 30-day microdosing cycle, you begin the integration phase, during which no microdoses are taken, however, supportive supplements may still be used.
We recommend using a micro-scale click here for accurate dosing. This helps you to exactly calculate the weight of your microdose, you can find your dosing schedule in your Protocol
How to consume
Take on an empty stomach, ideally in the morning. For best absorption, chew the truffles thoroughly before swallowing. Alternatively, you can blend them into a tea, smoothie, or shake.
Avoid caffeine and other substances during your microdosing cycle for optimal results.
